Hi, I’m Carolyn I’m a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I have completed my Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Masters in Counselling. I am trained in level 1 & 2 Gottman Couples Therapy. I have provided counselling to individuals, couples and families including children, adolescents and adults. In my practice, I want to provide a service to clients that is authentic and respectful, where clients feel safe to fully express themselves in a non-judgmental space and be able to move forward in alignment to their values.
I have worked with youth, adults and families from different socio-economic backgrounds who struggle with issues such as alcohol and substance use, homelessness, unemployment, trauma, family violence, abuse and neglect. I offer individual, couples and family counselling and clinical supervision for both ACA/PACFA clinicians
I am in SE Melbourne at the Keys Medical Clinic in Keysborough and the Greens Medical in Dandenong. I currently do not take mental health care plans, but you may be eligible for a rebate if you have private health insurance. I can provide support for self managed NDIS clients.
