I am committed to working with clients to develop their full expression in life, whatever that may be. When life becomes complicated and overwhelming we can find ourselves feeling stuck, disconnected and unsure what to do next. At these times a relationship with a therapist can really help. Together we work to understand the dynamics of the situation, your habits and processes and the impact on your relationships and your wellbeing. Using a relational and embodied approach I guide you towards greater awareness and acceptance. With self-compassion we befriend our uncomfortable parts and discover any avenues for change.
Personal therapy is an enriching way to learn more about yourself and can be both healing and empowering. It is a process of returning to our natural state of wholeness.
As a gestalt therapist and counsellor I also bring with me varied life experiences as a senior yoga teacher, a former lawyer, community worker, and a parent of three sons with all the inherent challenges and joys along the way.
