I am a clinical psychologist and I have a strong interest in working with individuals to cultivate and maintain psychological resilience. I welcome clients who appreciate explorative work and insight-oriented therapy to assist their personal growth and enhance wellbeing. Many people want things to be different in their lives, and very often they do not realize they have been experiencing stress, anxiety or depression for a very long time. They may have thought about, or feel ambivalent, to reach out. With the appropriate support, understanding and compassion, things can change and they can be better equipped to move life forward.
I offer individual psychotherapy and I specialize in longer-term psychodynamic psychotherapy. I use an integrative approach that is guided by evidence-based psychology frameworks. I bring a calming presence in my therapeutic work, and provide a safe space for clients to explore their concerns.
