I have been working with individuals and groups for over 10 years as both a psychologist and psychotherapist. I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals to understand their life challenges while connecting with their innate potential to heal and repair. My focus is to create a warm and supportive space where we can explore your unique difficulties and uncover your inner resources to more understanding, repair and move forward.
I have experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, grief, emotional dysregulation, as well as identity concerns. I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, ACT, IFS (Internal Family System - in training) and a variety of psychotherapies including Family Constellations, Sandtray and Gestalt.
I see symptoms as a way our bodies and minds communicate with us, urging us to take a deeper look at ourselves. This gives us a chance to reflect on our experiences, understand them, and potentially work through any trauma that has left a lasting impact and shaped our beliefs.
