Hi, I'm Carly I have over 20 years' experience as a Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor. I work from a trauma informed practice with adults and teenagers. I specialize in the area of complex trauma, grief and loss, neurodiversity and everyday challenges. I work alongside my clients to support them through difficult times and provide them with strategies and tools to make life that little bit easier.
I work from a person centred, strength-based approach drawing on many theories I have learnt through my academic background but also through my experience with working with people for the past 20 + years.
I understand coming to counselling can be a difficult step. I know how hard it can be to be vulnerable. Working online allows you to feel comfortable in your space whilst engaging in the therapeutic process.
