Warm, experienced, and down-to-earth, I’m a psychologist and practice owner of CCP Psychology, with over 20 years of experience helping young people and adults navigate life's struggles such as Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment issues and more.
I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—alongside evidence-based therapies like CBT and Mindfulness , I bring a light-hearted, human approach to help you feel at ease and understood from the start.

First session is longer (up to 1.5 hrs). I see clients with or without a mental health care plan. For those with a plan, I process their Medicare rebates for them. I also provide services to self- managed or plan managed NDIS clients as well as can see clients under their private health if eligible.
