I am a Clinical Psychologist and have experience working in community, public and inpatient mental health and drug and alcohol services, as well as a university counselling setting. Largely my clinical experience has been working with anxiety, mood issues, self esteem, relationship concerns, and drug and alcohol concerns. I have also worked within perinatal mental health settings including inpatient support for parents of babies in NICU.
I offer an integrative therapeutic approach of psychodynamic & attachment-based modalities with somatic ad cognitive behavioural therapies. Therapy is shaped according to the needs & preferences of the individual. I offer short-term interventions that target a specific area of concern & also long-term therapy for deeper or more complex & longstanding issues.
