I am a SIRA accredited psychologist and have spent the past 13 years primarily treating clients within the Workers Compensation and CTP insurance systems. I have a wholistic and practical approach to treatment, predominately working within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework. My ultimate treatment goal is to enable my clients to thrive within their new normal and provide them with the tools to effectively manage their diagnosis.
I believe it is important to have a collaborative approach to treatment and to ensure all treatment is tailored specifically to the client. I want each of my clients to be able to effectively manage their condition following treatment. I provide an environment that is encouraging, and supportive, and assists you in reaching your treatment goals.
It is important that you develop a good rapport with your psychologist, allowing you to get the most out of your treatment. I would be happy to have a free, confidential conversation with you to ensure that I am the right fit for you.
