I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, or challenges navigating periods of change in their relationship. Many couples come to counselling feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling to reconnect, or unsure how to move forward together. I also support individuals seeking greater insight into themselves, their relationships, and the emotional patterns that may be impacting their wellbeing and connection with others.
I offer couples and individual counselling in a warm, structured, and non-judgemental environment. My work is informed by an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and psychodynamic approaches.
