I believe that therapy is important. And I know that changing our behaviour is hard. Therapy offers a valuable pathway to help you step back, evaluate, and give you the choice to do things differently in your life. Therapy offers us the opportunity to change, supporting you to regain control of your life and while providing concrete strategies to help you do so. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in both the public and private sectors in Australia. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
I interweave my knowledge of these approaches into my practice to offer intervention and support tailored to your needs. My goal is to make high-quality psychological support affordable and accessible. I believe that having good mental health and wellbeing should be available to everyone, and that means accessing a psychologist wherever you are in the world.
