I am a dedicated practitioner with passion for helping individuals between the ages of 12 and 65 overcome their emotional challenges and live fulfilling lives. In my practice, I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering each individual as a unique whole. I believe that mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD are not isolated conditions but rather manifestations of deeper underlying factors. By working collaboratively with the client, we are able to identify and understand the root causes, recognising that each person's experiences and challenges are multifaceted and complex.
My expertise lies in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, & complex PTSD. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT & mindfulness-based approaches. I tailor my approach to suit the unique needs & preferences of each person, recognising that no two journeys are alike
