My practice is grounded in attachment work, healing and connecting with yourself and others.
I’m holistic in my approach and work with mind, body and soul. My approach integrates modalities including EFT, Gottman, CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic work, with the fundamentals being grounded in attachment and system theory.
