Savva at Calm Mind Counselling Services can give you the energy and the support to help you take responsibility for your life and have the courage to make the necessary changes in order to grow and develop. This is not a process that will happen overnight; it isn't a magic cure. Initially, change may seem like a frightening prospect, however, if you embrace the process and take it one step at a time you will slowly, but surely feel positive results. Counselling offers people the opportunity to increase their self-awareness and begin the journey of bringing positive change to their lives.
Connecting with his clients, showing them that he cares, empathising with them, working together to develop coping strategies, and sharing the burden of the journey with them, are some simple philosophies behind Calm Mind. Savva's expertise as a Counsellor includes counselling across many areas including Grief, Loss, Addiction, Marital & Relationships.
Working in a confidential setting, Savva listens attentively to clients and offers them the time; empathy and respect they need to express their own feelings and an increased understanding of themselves from a different perspective. The aim is to reduce the confusion that is felt and enable them to make decisions based on the new outlook.
