About
I endeavour to create an accepting, warm, and non-judgemental environment, where clients can feel safe to explore their recovery. I enjoy connecting with individuals to foster a strong therapeutic alliance, and to create more meaningful lives and relationships. I work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and have experience with a range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and complex trauma; and individuals struggling with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and other underlying issues. I provide compassionate and reflective care, in a culturally sensitive way
I have worked in a range of settings, including non-government organisations and university clinics. I have experience working with individuals from all age ranges with people struggling with mental health difficulties (such as depression, anxiety, phobias, bipolar disorder, personality disorders), survivors of trauma, and struggles with emotion regulation.
I enjoy connecting with individuals to foster a strong therapeutic alliance, and to create more meaningful lives and relationships. I find my working with clients, both adolescents and adults, that come from diverse backgrounds and with various experiences and mental health presentations rewarding and professionally fulfilling.
