I have experience working in various roles within not-for-profit, private practice, and school settings with clients from all walks of life. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where my clients feel valued and respected, and confident to share their experiences, thoughts and feelings. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental, and person-centred. It's important to me that I take the time to get to know my clients and their needs, and work at a pace that is right for them.
I work with adults and adolescents on a range of presenting issues including Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Life Transitions, and more. I use techniques from a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
My aim is to help my clients to gain insight into themselves and their experiences, navigate difficult situations, and achieve personal growth and lasting change.
