I have over 12 years of clinical experience working with adolescents (aged 12 years and older) and adults. I have a special interest in the treatment of recurrent anxiety issues and trauma, however, I am experienced in the treatment of a range of presentations including (but not limited to) mood disorders, complex childhood trauma, PTSD, emotion regulation difficulties, family separation and divorce, interpersonal difficulties, work stress and parenting strategies (feel free to check out my website for more information and to learn more about my clinical experience).

I consider myself to be warm, empathetic and non- judgmental in my approach and I strongly believe in working collaboratively with you, at a pace set by you, using only evidence- based interventions (including ACT, EMDR, CBT, DBT and others).
I want each client to be reassured that it is normal to feel uncertain about starting therapy (or starting over, with a new Psychologist). Many people wonder if they will establish a strong connection or achieve their goals. If you are feeling uncertain, I offer a free 15-minute consult to discuss your needs and to determine if I can assist you.
