My clients are in their late teens through adulthood to our elders in the latter stages of life. They may have recognised psychological disorders, relationship, adjustment and self-worth concerns, existential and climate anxiety or trauma, bereavement or medical crises. My clients often recognise the therapeutic benefits of nature and want to harness it. They like to walk and talk or engage in an activity whilst they are undertaking therapy. Just sitting in an office talking sometimes just doesn't cut it!
