Our evidence based practice is informed by trauma informed care, contemporary gestalt therapy, integral psychotherapy, indigenous healing modalities, mindfulness based stress reduction techniques, somatic psychotherapy techniques, family systems, narrative therapy, affirmative practice and is grounded in human rights and culturally appropriate frameworks.
