I offer therapy to children, teens, adults, couples and family’s that are experiencing emotional and relationship difficulties and mental health related concerns. I regularly see people with difficulties conceiving, unwanted pregnancies, parenting concerns, couples in crisis, and family’s that are struggling. I work with individuals and family’s of all shapes and sizes, genders and sexualities. I am also a 'Possums' accredited practitioner.
I offer a safe space for us to think together about issues that are concerning you. Utilizing relationship-based therapy with an psychodynamic, attachment and trauma informed perspective. Our work together focuses on you and making sense of what is happening now, and sometimes making sense of what has happened in the past, to find a way forward together.
Most people come to see me as they need a change as something isn't working, but they can't seem to make the change on their own. With my training and experience I offer a space where we can think about your current concerns and make sense of them together.
