Guided by this, I walk alongside my clients as they gently reconnect with themselves, tend to and heal the root causes of their challenges, and move towards living a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
To help facilitate healing, growth, and transformation, I blend a range of powerful modalities including Somatic Psychotherapy, Parts Work/IFS, Inner Child and Re-Parenting Work, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, Attachment Based Therapy, Mindfulness, TF-CBT, and Trauma Informed Practices.
