About
Do you feel like you’re stuck in survival mode? Have you just come out of an unhealthy relationship or marriage? Do you want to find healing from the past but don’t know where to begin? Do you find it hard to trust others or feel like they won’t understand what you’re dealing with? What if I told you that healing is possible? Others have recovered from these difficulties and you can to. I know it can feel like you’ll never get there but you don’t have to try and figure it out on your own. With the right help, recovery is very possible.
I can take you on a journey to emotional, mental and spiritual health. I will teach you about the impact of trauma on your nervous system and how to recover from it. I will help you challenge your thought patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you recover emotionally from the impact of past negative experiences in relationships.
I have experience in treating grief, loss, anxiety, depression, self-care, burnout, separation, divorce, low self-esteem, personal and spiritual growth. If you want to take control of your recovery by partnering with someone non-judgmental, who’s also been through it before then please book an appointment at: aifc.mychristiancounsellor.org.au/counsellor/205
