As a qualified somatic psychotherapist & counsellor, I support people experiencing anxiety, burn out, shut down, low self worth, body disconnection & relationship challenges. I help you develop a safe, loving relationship with your body & mind so that you can transform your relationship to yourself, and embrace the wholeness of this human experience. The approach I take is person-centred, trauma-informed and built on a foundation of openness, acceptance, curiosity & compassion. I focus on providing you with the tools that you need to thrive and getting to the root cause of the challenges you are experiencing.
I use a somatic approach to therapy so that you can integrate both your thoughts and your feelings. In session, we will create a safe space and move at a pace that honours your individual needs. The main modalities I use are: Somatics, Focusing, IFS (internal family systems), Parts Work, Process-oriented Psychology, Art Therapy, and Nervous System education.
I work online via zoom with clients worldwide. The purpose of the work I offer is to gain awareness and integration through body inquiry, inner-work and the relational field. Go to my website brontepurcell.com/book and fill out the form so we can determine the best way we can work together.

I often use Somatic Therapy which incorporates both the body and mind. I also take a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, as well as incorporating Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. These modalities allow a person to understand their behaivours and patterns, and allow one the space to dissolve shame and welcome home the suppressed parts of themselves.
