I'm Ashley, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in with over 11 years of experience. I currently work with children aged 5-12-years-old. I have always enjoyed working with children, and it is a privilege to be allowed to see the world through their eyes and to hear about their experiences, hopes and dreams.
I also have a wealth of experience in working with clients with neurodivergent needs including those with Autism and/or ADHD; adapting therapeutic processes and environments to ensure that their therapy experience is neuroaffirming.
I can offer evidence-based therapies (including CBT, ACT) for common issues including, anxiety disorders; mood difficulties and emotion regulation issues; low self-esteem; social and behavioural difficulties; school refusal and bullying
All of the work I do with kids is based on a comprehensive clinical assessment, and aligned with best practice.
As a parent myself, I understand how daunting it can be to seek help for your child, and my goal to create a safe and accepting environment for the kids and families that come through my door. If you think I would be a good match for you and your child, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you have.
