Throughout my years of practice, I have worked closely with diverse cultural and socioeconomic demographics, helping people better manage a range of issues impacting their daily functioning.
My expertise includes: mood & anxiety disorders, adolescent mental health, men's mental health, relationship and family stressors, trauma & emotional difficulties, personality disorders, grief & loss, anger management, workplace injury, offending behaviours, and substance use issues.
