I work with thoughtful, psychologically minded people who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change. People often come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring emotional, behavioural, or relationship patterns that persist despite insight and effort. Together, we explore what is driving these patterns, including emotional learning that may be operating outside awareness. The goal is not simply symptom relief, but helping clients develop greater flexibility, resilience, and freedom to respond differently to life's challenges.

I help clients move beyond symptom management to understand the emotional processes underlying anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other challenges. The goal is meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and more freedom in daily life.
