It's important to me that clients feel safe and we develop a positive therapeutic relationship. Life is complex, stressful and constantly changing and my aim is to walk with you in your journey and help you achieve your desired outcomes. I work online and telephone.
I have 25 years experience as a qualified clinical counsellor and supervisor working with adults on issues such as complex trauma/PTSD, abuse, DID, anxiety, DV, depression, stress, grief and loss. I'm also a somatic dance therapist and work with the body to access unconscious memories and experiences. It's very effective alongside talk therapy.
Along with professional experience, I understand trauma from personal experience and the many ups and downs of the journey. It's not easy and sometimes painful but if you stay with the process you'll find yourself making better choices, more emotionally stable and relating to others in a more helpful way.
