Neurodivergent children, teenagers, and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in everyday life. This may look like difficulties with emotional regulation, school engagement, self-care, confidence, social connection, routines, independence, or participation in daily activities. Many of the families I work with have already tried multiple supports or found it difficult to find the right therapeutic fit. I support young people and families to find practical ways forward and engage more fully in everyday life.
I provide mobile and telehealth occupational therapy across the Sunshine Coast. My approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and focused on practical strategies that fit within everyday family life. Building strong therapeutic relationships and meeting young people where they’re at is central to my work.
If things feel hard right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where young people and families can feel understood, supported, and empowered. Together, we can identify meaningful goals and find realistic ways forward that work for your unique situation.
