Whether you have specific goals and require a structured approach with a focus on coping strategies, or you're needing a space to reflect and build a deeper relationship with yourself, I can draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your psychological needs.
My approach to treatment is evidence-based. I prioritise therapeutic approaches that have been shown to improve mental health outcomes in clinical research. I am trained in a variety of therapies including; CBT, DBT, ACT, FBT (Maudsley) for eating disorders, psychodynamic (including transference focused psychotherapy) and solution-focused therapies.
My style is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. I work collaboratively with client's to ensure that the therapeutic space is tailored to their needs. To start I will send you the intake and consent forms, as well as a couple of questionnaires. I am also available to supervise provisional psychologists.
