I believe that loving yourself is the foundation for healthy, fulfilling relationships with others. Life can be challenging, and it’s easy to lose your sense of direction, confidence, or self-worth along the way. With over 18 years of experience, I support clients with warmth, empathy, and unconditional understanding, creating a safe space to explore challenges, heal, and grow.
Together, we work to help you reconnect with your true self, build self-compassion, and gain the clarity and tools you need to navigate life’s difficulties, and to attain your goals, be they emotional balance, stronger relationships or personal growth.
My clients are usually either individuals or couples, and struggle with various issues, be they in their relationships with partners, parents or children, or in coping with anxiety, stress, depression, grief or loss. I always look at the person rather than the problem, helping them achieve the positive outcomes that they seek.
Having lived and worked in different countries, I have a good understanding of multiculturism, diversity and that life is filled with hurdles. Many of my clients recognize and appreciate the genuineness and authenticity in the counselling I provide. Helping you find your own way in life is my motto, and my favorite part of the job.
