I believe that loving one’s self is a prerequisite to loving others: our relationships with others are all mirrors of our relationship with ourselves. As a counsellor with over 16 years of experience, I understand that life can be challenging sometimes, and we can lose our way in it. I treat my clients with warmth, empathy, and unconditional support, giving them the space and confidence that they need to walk through the pains of their growth and once again find their love for their true self.
My clients are usually either individuals or couples, and struggle with various issues, be they in their relationships with partners, parents or children, or in coping with anxiety, stress, depression, grief or loss. I always look at the person rather than the problem, helping them achieve the positive outcomes that they seek.
Having lived and worked in different countries, I have a good understanding of multiculturism, diversity and that life is filled with hurdles. Many of my clients recognize and appreciate the genuineness and authenticity in the counselling I provide. Helping you find your own way in life is my motto, and my favorite part of the job.
