Brad Sprigg
Psychotherapist, PACFA
If you are feeling disheartened, stuck, stressed, anxious, worried or fearful; take a moment for yourself & acknowledge that you’re doing your best & that you have landed at the right place for you now. Remember you are not alone; help is at hand. I am here to listen, provide insights, a plan, new skills, or whatever you need to assist you to connect with your Life now and into the future. Together we can work through what is going on for you and your life at the moment and find a way to reconnect you to your strengths and abilities, with a lighter, brighter outlook to carry you forward.
My specialty is working with you to tailor proven methods to your particular circumstances. This ensures counselling is right for you & you achieve your counselling goals. I offer techniques & supports to enable you to reconnect to your strengths by identifying who and what’s important to you now so you can re-engage with your life now & into the future.
My practice provides you with a safe haven, a space where you can talk about what is on your mind & at the end of our session hopefully, you’ll feel a little less bothered, more hopeful & more engaged with your capacities. My practice is in the heart of Altona, conveniently located opposite the Altona Station with off-street parking available.
