About

Brad is a registered psychologist who practices from a client-centred, trauma-informed perspective. He has experience engaging with adults and adolescents around a range of psychological, emotional and behavioural challenges. This includes anxiety-related issues, difficulties regulating moods and emotions, managing interpersonal difficulties, and recovery and healing from trauma.
Brad has specific skills in helping people manage a range of different mental health issues that clients may be experiencing. He is informed by evidence-based practices including Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, working closely with each person to best suit their unique needs.
Brad works collaboratively and responsively with clients to establish a safe space to cultivate and maintain meaningful therapeutic change. He has helped a wide range of people move toward healthier, happier and more meaningful lives. The first step to getting there is reaching out and making contact.
