I am trained in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) Level 3, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 3, and IFS-informed EMDR and I am certified in Somatic Experiencing & Brainspotting. These approaches help the nervous system release deep‑rooted patterns from past stress and trauma
