Sometimes making that first contact for counselling is the hardest part, but once you've made that step, you will realise that you can work at your own pace, and feel safe as you build trust in the relationship with a counsellor. Speaking with someone can help to alleviate the anxiety, and help by giving you tools, strategies, and a place to talk with someone who provides a safe, non-judgemental space. Whether you are going through relationship difficulties, struggling with anxiety, or dealing with the difficulties of living in a different country, I can be there to support you.
I have experience in working with young people, and adults in learning how to manage anxiety, whether it be related to work, relationships, diagnosed anxiety disorders, or from a history of trauma. Many of my clients just want a space to talk with someone who is unbiased, and will provide a space for reflection and coming to their own decisions with support
You have the resources within to get through whatever you are facing right now. Sometimes it just helps to have someone to point out those resources and provide support while you rebuild the life you want. Someone who will provide support with kindness, compassion in an environment where you feel safe to discuss your innermost feelings without judgement.
