Whilst it's exciting to live in a new country, it can also bring up issues in relationships, jobs, and generally increase your anxiety. Speaking with someone can help to alleviate the anxiety, and help by giving you tools, strategies, and a place to talk with someone who provides a safe, non-judgemental space. Whether you are going through relationship difficulties, struggling with anxiety, or dealing with the difficulties of living in a different country, I can be there to support you. Sometimes you don't want to burden friends and family, and a counsellor provides a safe, non-judgemental, non-biased space to talk.
I have experience in working with young people, and adults in learning how to manage anxiety, whether it be related to work, relationships, diagnosed anxiety disorders, or from a history of trauma. Many of my clients want a safe space to talk with a professional therapist who can provide strategies to alleviate symptoms and talk through their problems.
It can be incredibly stressful trying to get on with your day and achieve your goals and dreams, when there are relationship barriers, visa concerns, past history of trauma, or struggles in your work, or friendships. It's important to find someone you feel you can connect with so please reach out for a chat to see if I'm the right fit for your needs
