Therapy with me is grounded, structured and practical. I take a Person-Centred integrated approach. To support people with stress, overwhelm, emotional regulation and relationships. With extensive experience in addictions counselling discreet and confidential supports is also available for more private concerns. Family and loved one' support also available.
