Welcome, folks! I'm a registered psychologist, Advanced EMDR therapist, and qualified Relationship Counselor working with individuals and couples in person and online. I specialise in trauma, as well as relationship counselling, but also treat anxiety, stress, and related disorders. In therapy, I create a warm, non-judgmental environment, where I support you to grow from your challenges, and where neurodiversity is welcome and celebrated. My aim is to help you feel and function better.

I have been a counsellor, case manager & youth worker since 2008. Prior to 2016 I worked primarily with young people & their families, however I can & have worked with people across the age spectrum, all with unique & varied needs. Counselling is an individual experience & I want you to feel that no matter what, your needs are important. This is why I aim to provide an accessible, affordable & sustainable service. I believe in a sex-positive approach which acknowledges and celebrates the diversity of human sexuality, identity and expression. When we are informed, empowered and validated, we live happier and more authentic lives.
