Paul has worked in the counselling field both locally and abroad. His passions are in couples counselling, men's issues and helping people through anxiety. Whilst being a very down to earth counsellor, Paul is also compassionate and non-judgmental in his approach to counselling. He is a strong believer in the impact that good therapy can have on people’s quality of life and is committed to helping his clients to attain these benefits. He is the founder of Glenmore Park Counselling.
Paul's experience includes couples counselling, organizing adventure therapy programs, working with victims of trauma, grief and loss, addictions, anger management. His therapy approach is integrative, including practical, person-centered and cognitive methods. In couples counselling, he draws from both the Gottman method, and Schema therapy.
