I am an experienced clinical psychologist, with a particular interest in working with clients who have difficulties regulating their emotions (anxiety, mood, shame, anger), have interpersonal or relationship difficulties, or personality issues. I find that these people are often misunderstood by others, which leads to them misunderstanding themselves and the origin of their difficulties.
I am incredibly passionate about psychology and have dedicated over a decade of my life to learning psychology and developing my clinical skills. My approach is practical, deep, relational, and empathic.
It can be hard to have real and meaningful conversations, where you feel truly heard and understood. Therapy can provide a safe space for you to explore your inner world, your emotions, identity, beliefs and patterns in behaviour. I take time to get to know the unique and complex individual, and tailor the therapy in a way that make sense for them.
