I love working with children, teens, families and adults around issues related to life transitions, identity formation, trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe therapy to be a place in which someone journeys with you through the hard places in life and reflects back to you what they see and experience. I act as witness to your stories as we search for themes, harmful interactions, forms of relating, and places of strength with the hopes of creating a life of deeper healing, connection, and love.
My practice is backed by extensive training in expressive therapy such as sand tray, art, and play therapy. I have provided mental health therapy to young children (0-6), adolescents, adults and families.
I love the work that I do. I believe in providing a safe and non-judgemental environment to all my clients. Building a relationship is my fundamental counselling approach and I enjoy forming trusting and genuine relationships with my clients. My counselling style is warm, accepting, and playful. I strongly believe that everyone can make significant progress
