Based in the Adelaide Hills, Bindi has over ten years of experience as an Expressive Arts Therapist. She specializes in working with adolescents and women in the areas of; mental health, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief and loss, dementia and self-harm.
Bindi loves all things creative and holds a deep conviction that art is a powerful tool for healing and well-being! A qualified yoga teacher and certified meditation facilitator Bindi incorporates her understanding of the body, breath, and mindful practice into a trauma-aware framework.
