Changes are part of life. We all have times when we want to change, and sometimes we want a bit of help. Through an integration of techniques and methods and using your own strengths we can work together. Through my experience and studies I work with anxiety, stress, PTSD, grief and loss, existential issues, life transitions, and general mental health challenges.
I use modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Gestalt, Creative, Narrative, Internal Family Systems, and Integral therapy, all based on the Rogerian principles of accepting, listening and not judging.
I have a Master of Counselling, a Master of Mental Health, a B.A. in Trauma, and a Diploma of Comm Welfare. In my practice, I draw from my life experiences living in international cultures including ashrams, kibbutzim, intentional and alternative communities, and working in residential construction, yoga teaching, and disability /trauma support.
In our first session we’ll discuss the most important issues in your life and draw up a plan for achieving your goals and creating a happier and more fulfilling life. The duration and frequency of our therapy sessions will be adjusted to suit your needs.Text me and I'll call you back
