Hello, I support high-functioning individuals carrying complex trauma and ADHD, to work through what's underneath, so they can build a better relationship with themselves and their loved ones. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, ADHD, cultural identity and parenthood- in english, Hindi and Gujarati. With roots in India and life chapters across Perth, Melbourne, and Hobart, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work .
I draw on EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches, tailoring each session to what actually works for you. I've 6+ years of experience working across schools, public and private hospitals, community and private practices.
