I am a clinical psychologist. I understand that certain life experiences can be really difficult to navigate and make sense of. I approach my work with sensitivity, insight and compassion and help adults dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, loss, adjustment, trauma and life transitions. I also offer perinatal psychology and parent-infant psychotherapy , helping people dealing with fertility struggles, pregnancy-related issues, birth trauma, the devastating experience of loss, postnatal difficulties, transition into parenting and facilitating the parent-infant bond. I also work with parents of children under the age of five.
I offer a gentle, non-judgmental space where clients can work through difficult experiences in order to participate in life more fully and authentically. I facilitate the courageous process of bringing about change in order to create space for new and healthier experiences and I see the therapeutic relationship as an essential part of the process.
