I am an early-career psychologist but a long time mental health clinician, working across high and low acuity spaces in communities around the country. I have experience working with individuals and families from childhood to late adulthood addressing a variety of issues, from transition challenges to chronic mental illness. I have experience working within a variety of modalities, including ACT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, and am working to incorporate Compassion Focused, Narrative and Internal Family Systems approaches into my practice.
I practice from an intersectional feminist perspective and approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and some silliness. I am above all things committed to creating a safe, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed space so that I can meet you where you are at.
I particularly welcome the opportunity to work with people with complex trauma, dissociative disorders, trans and gender diverse individuals, and anyone who has felt that they don’t ‘fit in’ with therapy.
