I’m Bethanie, a social worker based in Camden, South West Sydney. I offer a warm, supportive space where you don’t have to explain or minimise how hard things feel. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker offering parenting support, individual therapy, professional consulting and clinical supervision. My work includes evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT and Schema Therapy, supporting parents and professionals with practical strategies, reflective practice and sustainable change.
