He works with individuals across the lifespan, supporting people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and addictive presentations. Outside of his professional work, Benny enjoys gaming, travelling, exploring new culinary delights, and has a particular fondness for alpacas.
