I would love to work who is open to personal growth an introspection. I love diving deep and seeing people discover new things about themselves. I enjoy working with people that can engage openly with difficult topics. I also love ensuring that sessions can be fun, engaging and light-hearted from time to time. Seeing people grow, change and learn about themselves is the driving force behind why i do what i do.
I offer a neurodivergent-affirming space as I myself am neurodivergent. I hope this shared experience can provide comfort and an empathetic space to clients. I have extensive experience in the trauma space having worked with many clients healing journeys and publishing a research article on sibling loss.
My main philosophy is that therapy is a partnership between two or more people trying to achieve a goal. I bring my knowledge of mental health, and a client brings their knowledge of themselves. I hope to create a warm and safe space where people can truly express themselves and never fear judgement.
