I have been a practising Psychologist since 1991, working in the community sector (NGOs) and running my own practice - providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
I am a registered service provider with VOCAT (Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal), Veteran Affairs, TAC and Workcover.
I believe in a holistic approach to health, one that acknowledges that there is no “one size fits all” for any condition or a single solution for any given client. I have training in a wide range of therapies, including hypnotherapy, mindfulness therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Neurofeedback and EMDR.
