Having worked in the psychology field for over 15 years, Belinda is passionate about working collaboratively with people to improve their psychological health and wellbeing. She brings a wealth of experience working with adults presenting with a range of psychological, physical and personal challenges. Belinda has particular experience in trauma, neurodiversity, women's health, persisting pain, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, workplace stress and performance, career counselling, and supervision. Belinda welcomes anyone who is wanting to improve their mental health.
Belinda offers psychological therapy and counselling. She uses an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approach to support people to work through their experiences. Belinda particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent humans, notably AuADHDer's. Belinda provides services funded through Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, DVA and Private Health.
Belinda has great respect for people’s vulnerability and courage as they proactively work to identify and reach their goals.
