Having worked in the health and disability sector for over a decade, Belinda is passionate about working collaboratively with people to reach their full potential. She brings a wealth of experience working with clients over 16 year of age presenting with a range of psychological, physical and personal challenges. Belinda has particular experience in neurodiversity, gender and sexual diversity, anxiety, depression, trauma, persisting pain, emotional regulation, suicide prevention, workplace stressors, career counselling, and self-care. Belinda welcomes anyone who is keen to improve their mental health.
Belinda offers psychological therapy and counselling. She uses an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approach to support people to work through their experiences. Belinda particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent humans, notably adult AuADHDer's. Belinda provides services funded through Medicare and NDIS.
Belinda has great respect for people’s vulnerability and courage as they proactively work to identify and reach their goals.
