Many of the people I work with have reached a point where life no longer feels as it once did. They may be living with anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties or navigating a significant life transition. Others come with a quiet sense that they have become disconnected from themselves and are seeking greater clarity, meaning and direction.
Whatever brings you here, we begin by taking time to understand where you are, what has shaped your journey, and what is calling for your attention. Together we create the conditions that support healing, growth and a way forward that feels authentic and deeply your own.
I think of therapy as a space for wayfinding, where we pause, find your bearings and explore what is emerging. I integrate EMDR, clinical hypnosis, somatic and nervous system regulation with insights from the deeper wisdom traditions. Together we create the conditions for healing through relationship, embodiment and connection with the living world.
Beginning therapy doesn't require certainty—only a willingness to pause and become curious about what is calling for your attention.
If something in these words has called for your attention, perhaps this is where your journey begins. I invite you to reach out, and together we will find your bearings with curiosity, compassion and care.
