Hi I'm Belinda. I would love to get to know you and see how we can work together to make things better and allow you to move towards the life you want. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and couples and provide Board Approved supervision to colleagues. Over more than 25 years I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of wonderful humans in South Africa, New Zealand and now Melbourne. I look forward to getting to know you and working together, bringing what I have learnt to your unique circumstances and challenges (Training includes EMDR, IFS, ACT, IPT, CBT, DBT, Non-directive preganancy counselling for Medicare).
Whether you need to be heard, learn skills or are seeking trauma recovery or transformational change, I'll work alongside you. You are the expert on you, what feels stuck and where you want to go. I bring learning from science and experience and we work together. I value feedback and we regularly check in on progress to ensure we are on track.
I have immediate on line availability and in person as of 4 June 2026.
